9-1-1 House Number Sign Project 

The Kiwanis Club of Petoskey provides House Number identification for a nominal fee. Print this form and mail it with your check to the address listed.  Completed signs will be installed (weather permitting) as soon as possible.  Click on the following link to download our order form.
