Meetings of the Kiwanis Club of Petoskey start at 12:10 p.m. every Tuesday.  Speakers/programs should be arranged at least two weeks before the date for the program to be presented.  Please notify the President-Elect/Program Chairman (Ryan Bentley) AND the Club Bulletin Editor (Dave
Meyer) with information about your speaker and the program. 

If you find that you are unable to arrange the program for the above date(s), you are encouraged to trade dates with another member.  Please notify the President-Elect/Program Chairman (Ryan Bentley) AND the Club Bulletin Editor (Dave Meyer) with information on the change(s).

When special equipment (projectors, t.v., etc.) are required, please contact the staff at Stafford's Perry Hotel at least one week in advance.  If the hotel is unable to provide the necessary equipment, several other sources (College, High School, Community Foundation) are possible sources.  YOU, as Program Chair, should be willing to assist your speaker with these arrangements.

The program should fit into approximately 20-25 minutes.  The program portion of our meetings normally starts at approximately 12:40 p.m.  Be prepared to introduce your speaker   a short biographical sketch is usually available from your speaker. 

Your fellow club members and visiting Kiwanians and guests are counting on you to arrange a program of interest.  Don't hesitate to call Pres-Elect Ryan or Secretary Dave for assistance with program ideas.
